More Letters From Paradise          Shopping Cart Blues We have a huge problem here with the homeless. There are shelters, but many refuse to live there. They take to stealing shopping carts for their gear, and it's not a pretty sight. As I reported earlier, our State Rep. Tom Brower, began taking back carts and returning them to identified stores, or smashing them. Big uproar here, he no longer does this. This inspired me to write the following.
